Every sensitive field is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM — the same authenticated encryption standard used by governments and financial institutions. Per-customer encryption keys stored with restricted filesystem permissions. Not just database-level encryption — field-level encryption on notes, coordinates, and media files.
